Welcome to Guessperts, a sports media information service designed to organize and present publicly available information about sports commentators, analysts, personalities, and other individuals who make predictions, recommendations, or selections concerning sporting events. The Site may provide profiles, picks, source information, links to external websites or social media accounts, and other related information.

Information You Provide
Guessperts does not currently provide user accounts, registration, user profiles, or other functionality through which Users routinely submit Personal Information. If you voluntarily contact us by e-mail, we may receive your e-mail address and any information that you choose to include in your communication.
Information Collected Through Site Infrastructure
Guessperts is a website hosted and delivered using Cloudflare. When you access the Site, Cloudflare may process technical information associated with your request, such as your IP address, requested URL, browser or device information, and other network or request information, as necessary to deliver, secure, and operate the Site.
We may also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to obtain aggregate information concerning Site usage and performance.
Use of Your Information
We may use information available to us to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our Site or Service.
- Provide profiles, sports picks, source information, and related functionality.
- Understand aggregate Site traffic, usage, and performance.
- Respond to inquiries or communications that you voluntarily send to us.
- Perform any other function that we believe in good faith is necessary to protect the security or proper functioning of our Site or Service.
- Comply with applicable law or legal obligations.
Site Content and Publicly Available Information
Information displayed on Guessperts concerning sports hosts, co-hosts, contributors, their publicly expressed picks or predictions, and related information is collected separately from visits to the Site. A User’s request to view a profile, pick, or other Site content does not cause Guessperts to transmit the User’s identity, IP address, or request to the third-party sources from which that information was obtained.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
Guessperts does not intentionally use cookies, local storage, or similar browser storage technologies for user accounts, advertising, behavioral analytics, or personalization.
Cloudflare may, however, use cookies or similar technologies when necessary to provide security, network management, or other Cloudflare services used by the Site.
If we materially change our use of cookies or similar technologies, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notice or choices required by applicable law.
Third Party Websites
Guessperts may provide links to third-party websites, social media profiles, media outlets, podcasts, shows, or other external resources. These third-party websites and services are not controlled by Guessperts, and we are not responsible for their privacy or security practices.
Please be aware that this Privacy Policy applies to information collected or processed in connection with Guessperts and does not govern information collected directly by third parties. Please review the privacy policy and terms of service for each third-party site or service you visit.
Third Party Access to Your Information
We use third-party service providers to operate and deliver the Site. In particular, we use Cloudflare for services including website hosting and delivery, DNS, content delivery, security, and related infrastructure. Cloudflare may process technical information associated with requests to the Site as necessary to provide those services.
We do not sell or rent your Personal Information. We do not currently use third-party advertising networks or provide Personal Information to third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.
We may also use contractors or other service providers from time to time as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain, secure, or improve the Site. Any information made available to such providers will be limited as appropriate to the services they perform for us.
Release of Your Information for Legal Purposes
At times it may become necessary to release information for legal or safety purposes. We may disclose information where we reasonably believe, in good faith, that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request; to enforce our agreements or policies; to detect or prevent fraud, abuse, or security issues; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Exsom Group LLC, our Users, or others.

Communications
Guessperts does not currently operate a mailing list, newsletter, or marketing e-mail program and does not collect e-mail addresses through the Site for those purposes. If you voluntarily contact us by e-mail, we may use your e-mail address and the information you provide to respond to your communication and for reasonably related administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Security Measures
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to enhance the security of our Site and Service. The Site is delivered using HTTPS and Cloudflare infrastructure. However, no Internet transmission, information system, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information.
Data Retention
Because Guessperts does not currently provide user accounts, accept routine user submissions through the Site, or maintain an application database of Users, we do not maintain a general database of Personal Information concerning Site visitors.
If you voluntarily contact us by e-mail, we may retain that correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your communication, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or protect our legal interests. Technical information processed by Cloudflare is retained in accordance with our Cloudflare service configuration and Cloudflare’s applicable policies.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you reside and subject to applicable law, you may have certain rights concerning Personal Information about you. If you believe that we maintain Personal Information about you and wish to make a request concerning that information, you may contact us using the contact information below.
Because the Site does not provide user accounts or maintain a general database of Site visitors, in many cases we may have no Personal Information about a particular User that we can reasonably identify or associate with that User.
Your California Online Privacy Rights
Guessperts permits residents of California to use its services. We do not sell or rent Personal Information, use Personal Information for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising, or disclose Personal Information to third parties for their independent direct marketing purposes.
Some web browsers and devices offer “Do Not Track” (“DNT”) settings or opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (“GPC”). Because Guessperts does not currently sell or share Personal Information for targeted advertising or engage in behavioral tracking of Users across websites, the Site does not currently provide a separate mechanism for opting out of those activities.

Children’s Privacy
The Site is a general-audience sports information service and is not directed to children under 13 years of age. Guessperts does not provide user accounts or functionality designed to collect Personal Information from children, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13.

United States Service
Guessperts is operated by Exsom Group, LLC, a Texas company, and is primarily intended to provide sports-related information relevant to users in the United States. The Site may be accessible from other countries, and the individuals, media sources, or sporting events referenced on the Site may be located outside the United States, but we do not currently direct or specifically market the Service to users outside the United States.
Amendments
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our Site, practices, service providers, or legal requirements. When we amend this Privacy Policy, we will update this page and the “Last Modified” date below. Changes that are solely cosmetic, stylistic, or related to the layout or presentation of this Privacy Policy will not constitute an amendment and may not result in an updated “Last Modified” date.
If required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before material changes take effect.
